Chundo is currently in an open beta development phase. This means that features and logic are being updated regularly based on professional feedback. To ensure you have access to the latest improvements, please refresh your browser page every time you load the app.
Troubleshooting Grammar
Generating perfectly natural English summary text from a list of checkboxes is a complex task. While Chundo is in beta, I am working on improving the internal logic to handle naming conventions and pronouns more intelligently. However, grammatical errors are currently likely to occur—most commonly the use of "he" instead of "him" (subject vs object errors). Please always check the Executive Summary and Detailed Checklist before finalizing a report. Remember that all text in the Full Report is fully editable; simply click on a sentence to fix a pronoun or re-type a student's name to ensure the final document is professional and accurate.
System Import (CSV Export)
The System Import function generates a structured spreadsheet of your selected adjustments. This file is compatible with institutional databases. Because Chundo does not store student IDs for security reasons, you should add the relevant ID to the CSV file manually before importing it into your university student record system.
Academic Consultation Form
Use the Academic Consultation Form for tripartite meetings between the student, the disability adviser, and academic staff. This form is designed to explore the practical implications of complex adjustments and ensures that departmental decisions are recorded formally alongside academic competency standards.
Student Declarations
Reports generated by Chundo include a Student Declaration area. This allows the student to type their name digitally to confirm they agree with the proposed support plan. This creates a transparent audit trail and ensures the student has been fully involved in the development of their reasonable adjustments.
Data Privacy Assurance
Chundo operates with a privacy-first architecture. No data is sent to cloud servers, no AI is used to process student information, and no cookies are stored. The application functions entirely within your browser's local memory, meaning it would work even if your device was disconnected from the internet.
